Getting Your Child Enrolled
In order to register your child to attend classes, please visit your local school
to enroll. When you go, please make sure to bring the follwing with you:
1.) Birth Certificate
A State Birth Certificate must be presented at the time of registration.
2.) Social Security Number
All children need to have a Social Security number. If your child does not have one, please contact the Social
Security Office at 1-800-772-1213.
3.) School Health Record
Bring a copy of your child's immunization records, complete with day, month and year the immunizations were
administered. Under state law, students must have received all required immunizations before they can attend
classes. For those who need immunizations, but are unable to afford them, the St. Louis County Health Department
(314-615-0600) provides free immunization clinics.
